Table of Contents
The goals of this document are:
to introduce the user to the basic functionality of the AdvancedMiner user interface,
to assist the user in setting up system components essential for further work.
We encourage you to carry out the consecutive steps of this tutorial in order to gain practical experience in using the AdvancedMiner system. You can start working with the tutorial immediately after the AdvancedMiner client is installed and running.
In order to simplify the tutorial we assume the following default conditions:
the internal built-in database system (GDBase) is used
local Metadatab Repository (MR) is used - AdvancedMiner Server is located on the same computer as the Client
AdvancedMiner system is already installed on the computer together with the assigned license key and properly working Java
