The construction and optimization of data models usually require intense computations. AdvancedMiner Server can be configured to automatically distribute computations over several computers. Thanks to this approach any available computer can be effectively utilized, whether it is a server running Unix or an MS Windows workstation. Computers can be connected with a local area network or over a wide area network. Security of the communication between the computers is ensured by the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The distributed character of computations is invisible to the analyst - the work will be the same whether the server is using one or more computers.
